I am a clinical psychologist with over fifteen years of experience working with University students and people from the Princeton community.
I work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, academic and work challenges, difficulty adjusting to new environments and roles, relationship issues, grief, self-esteem issues, and trauma.
In the context of a supportive therapy relationship, I help to provide relief from mental health challenges, while also helping to foster growth and change in my clients’ lives.
I use both insight and proven therapuetic strategies to help people grow and make changes in their lives.
I aim to work in an active, collaborative way, which I hope leads to people feeling safe, heard, and understood.
