Jonathan Chou

Psychiatrist, MD, MS
Accepting clients Last Updated 30+ days ago

I am a board-certified, Harvard-trained, Asian American psychiatrist and psychotherapist. I work with individuals with marginalized identities seeking to deepen their understanding of themselves, their relationships, and their lives. My approach to patient care is rooted in collaboration, mutual respect, and recognition of the role of structural and historical factors in shaping individual experience. I especially encourage those who are new to mental healthcare to schedule a consultation. No matter where you are in your journey, we will work together to design a treatment that honors your unique history, identity, and story.

My clinical interests include minority mental health, university mental health, and cross-cultural psychiatry. I have particular interests in working with artists, students, and healthcare trainees. I offer both psychotherapy and general outpatient psychiatric care (including medication management).
