Jonathan Blake
Sometimes it’s difficult to ask for help. But if you’re here, you are already that much closer to bettering yourself. Times have been very difficult, so know that you are not alone. Together we will identify your needs and struggles, and also reinforce your strengths that you may not even know you have. We will get you motivated, make you feel more confident and create the best coping skills for you to deal with daily struggles and to get you on with your life!
I am a Lesley University graduate with a degree in Mental Health Counseling and a specialty in Music Therapy. Over the last several years I have provided services for children with behavior issues, teens and young adults with mood disorders, bipolar, depression and anxiety, and adults with depression, substance abuse and phase of life difficulties.
Therapy is a collaborative process. I will encourage you to work hard, be open to try new things, and commit to the process. I am a very open minded, genuine therapist, who provides a supportive and safe space for your needs. It’s your life, I’m just here to guide you through it. (Sessions are held via telehealth; BCBS or Aetna insurances only)
