I work best with students who are thoughtful, capable, and often carrying more than other people realize. They may look like they are functioning well on the outside while privately feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, self-critical, or unsure of how to move forward. Some are struggling with grief, relationship stress, family pressure, perfectionism, or the uncertainty that can come with major life transitions.

I specialize in working with young adults and understand the challenges that often arise during college and graduate school. This can be a time of intense pressure, change, and questions about identity, independence, relationships, and the future. Many students come to therapy because they are tired of trying to manage everything on their own and want a better understanding of the patterns that keep them stuck.

My style is warm, thoughtful, and engaged. I help students work through anxiety, emotional overwhelm, grief, and life transitions while making sense of the family and relationship dynamics that may be shaping their experience. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, think more clearly, and move forward with greater steadiness and self-trust.
