Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselors

Accepting new clients with BCBS, OPTUM, and private pay. - Has your curiosity about working with a therapist led you to take the brave first step in starting therapy? Or do you have experience in counseling and are now looking for further support? Maybe you're someone who is feeling unhappy or stressed due to the many adversities that COVID-19 has created in our daily lives? Could be looking to improve your confidence at work and in your relationships? My clients have reported feeling "relieved that therapy could feel so natural", and that working with me has taught them "how to use therapy to make everyday life better".
Over 8 years in the mental health field has given me valuable experience treating people struggling with issues such as: depression/unhappiness, persistent anxiety, relationship or family conflict, disability/physical difference, chronic pain, coping with loss or change, career/student stressors, low self-esteem, social skills development, and goal setting.
I promise to offer a safe, empathetic, and judgement free therapeutic space that is ideal for self-growth. I am committed to providing competent strength-based, client-centered care, and to fostering a meaningful therapeutic connection at your own pace. I invite you to connect with me if you are looking for help from a compassionate and committed therapist.
