As a therapist, my goal is to help people live a life that’s authentic to who they really are. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey of processing your emotions and experiences, so that you can give yourself more understanding and self-compassion. My work often focuses on navigating challenges related to ADHD and Autism, difficult family dynamics, complex trauma, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and questions about gender identity and/or sexuality. My practice is LGBTQ affirming, neurodiversity affirming, and sex positive. We'll work together to explore and celebrate all the things that make you unique.
I practice from a relational psychodynamic perspective, which means we’ll explore the ways your past has impacted you, and pay attention to how you feel in each session. I draw from Attachment Theory, Interpersonal Neurobiology, IFS, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, humanistic therapy, and AEDP.
My goal is to provide each client I meet with an empowering, encouraging, and welcoming space to work through all the ways life can be overwhelming and hard. If you think we might be a good fit, feel free to reach out for a free 15 minute consultation, so we can chat about how I can support you.
