Counselor, LPCC
Accepting clients Last Updated 4 days ago

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with nearly ten years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, and substance use challenges. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and rooted in evidence-based practices that support lasting growth and healing. I understand that seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, develop coping strategies, and work toward meaningful change.

My work integrates techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based approaches to tailor treatment to your specific needs. I believe that therapy should be collaborative, and I will work alongside you to identify your goals and strengths while addressing the barriers that may be holding you back.

Therapy with me is a collaborative process—this is your journey, and I am here to support and guide you with compassion, honesty, and practical tools. Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, past trauma, or substance use challenges, I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can be open and heard.
