Are you spinning your wheels? Have you tried, again and again, to just get this thing called life to work for you, but nothing seems to stick? I've been there, and I get it. Our lives are the stories of our being in the world, and I work with individuals, couples, and families to look at the big picture of the story of YOUR life. We will explore not only the “how” of your life and the challenges that it brings, but also the “why” of these same issues, so that you can finally make some progress and begin to live with greater fulfillment and ease of being in the world.

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Therapy. I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), and while we won't necessarily do yoga or breathwork in a therapy session, I'd be happy to work with you on a practice that will help you feel more balanced and connected in the world.

I am open to who and where a person is at any given moment; I fully accept you, without judgment, while also encouraging you to develop the tools that will help you become your best self. You have the hand that you have been dealt. We work together to develop the habits and understanding to make this hand work for you.
