Psychologist, Ph.D.

I assist students in seeing strengths and using them to build confidence in learning coping strategies. I teach relaxation techniques and review diet and exercise and naturalistic methods before jumping to medication solutions. As a solo practitioner I do better with those that are not in high risk or needing crisis orientation and interventions. I create a warm, safe and supportive relationship which is conducive to growth and change.
