Psychologist, PhD

Hello! I help individual adults work toward the specific mental health goals they set for themselves, focusing on subjective experiences of the world, and building on individual strengths to develop new skills. I have extensive experience working with graduate students and professionals coping with stress and occupational transitions.
I specialize in depression, anxiety, chronic health issues/autoimmune disorders, academic/career stressors, racial identity, addictive behaviors, ADHD, PTSD, as well as trauma. As a biracial person of color (Seneca/Haudenosaunee; White), with autoimmune disorders, I believe that I have experience in some of these areas beyond formal training.
