I bring a broad set of experiences to my clinical work with clients. This includes over 12 years as a certified high-performance life coach working with individuals, couples, and groups, and as an Imago therapy facilitator, Safe Conversations leader/facilitator, and motivational speaker. I also have over 20 years of experience as a certified yoga and meditation teacher.

I work with individuals and couples of all sexual orientations and creates a safe, non-judgmental, supportive, interactive, and empowering environment while working with each client to define their therapeutic goals and create a plan to achieve them. I am passionate about taking an integrative and holistic approach to facilitate growth and navigate healing, in which each session is personalized, collaborative, and unique to the client.
