I'm the Clinical Director at Noble Mentors and a licensed clinical social worker. Noble Mentors is a mentoring practice, not a therapy practice; my role is to make sure the mentoring is clinically sound. I provide oversight and consultation on cases, train and supervise the mentor team, and coordinate with students' therapists, counseling centers, and families so support is thoughtful and doesn't work at cross-purposes.
