We are not designed to live in constant relational and emotional distress but sometimes, despite our best effort, find ourselves stuck and unable to experience joy and connection. I work with individuals, and couples, to help them explore and clarify what has influenced old patterns and, more importantly, how to create new patterns that lead to closer connection and greater peace. My work focuses on the healing of relational wounds within our committed relationships, as well as wounds from the past such as previous abuse or trauma.

I counsel adult individuals (18+) as well as couples in committed relationships. My style is engaged and compassionate. I walk alongside people as they explore patterns, take courageous action steps and celebrate victories in their lives and relationships.
