I specialize in working with older adolescents, young adults, and parents, to help develop strategies to manage a variety of stressors including depression, anxiety, low self esteem, grief and loss, academic challenges, life transitions and relationship struggles. My style encompasses an active, collaborative, strengths based approach, utilizing humor, compassion and warmth, to build a safe and trusting relationship with my clients. My goal is to help you explore road blocks, to gain insight into your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and to attain solutions that improves overall wellness and enhances personal growth.
