Accepting clients Last Updated 0 days ago

I work with a number of presenting concerns including relationships, self-esteem, and grief and loss. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and trauma recovery. I enjoy creating genuine connections with my clients and helping them to not only address symptoms, but also to tune into their strengths and values and to feel empowered to handle the ups and downs of life.

My approach is client-centered and integrative, combining mindfulness-based, relational-psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral techniques. This means we will look at connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, understand how the past might influence the present, explore relationships, and be compassionate observers of your experience. When we grow awareness and understanding, we can also more intentionally choose our responses and how to navigate things in the present.
