Clinical Social Work/Therapist, MAC,MSW,LCSW
Last Updated 30+ days ago

Hi, I’m Joanna. I’m the therapist behind Sol Therapy, a practice for people who are tired of carrying everything on their own. Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer make sense, even though they appear to be managing well on the outside.

Sol Therapy is a space for people navigating relationship stress, life transitions, burnout, grief, or a quiet sense of feeling lost in their own story. The work here is thoughtful, steady, and grounded, focused on helping clients slow down, understand themselves more deeply, and create lasting change.

At Sol Therapy, clients are met with compassion, honesty, and care without pressure to perform or have everything figured out. This is a space to show up as you are and grow at a pace that feels real and sustainable.
