I specialize in working with emerging adults on a variety of issues, such as: adjusting to college, managing relationships, exploring identity issues, LGBTQIA+ issues, sexuality, sexual assault, strained relationships with parents, stress, anxiety, depression, and borderline personality disorders. I also have extensive training in DBT and I am about to start a remote DBT support group. I am licensed in CT & NY. I am also a yoga instructor and explore fostering the mind/body connection.
