Hi there! I mostly work with young adults with anxiety disorders and/or trauma-related issues. I especially enjoy treating OCD, social anxiety, perfectionism and phobias with Exposure Response and Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) modalities.

Additionally, I'm bicultural and bilingual (in Spanish), so I'd be a good fit for anyone seeking services in Spanish.

I currently have openings for a few new clients who would be able to meet during the day (before 3:00). I have a waitlist for evening appointments.
