I’m a licensed clinical social worker offering virtual sessions. I specialize in working with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, stress, grief and loss, low self-esteem, and relationship issues.
My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, trauma-informed environment to help you achieve the changes you want for your life. You are the expert on your life and my role is to support and empower you to make change that will increase your overall well-being. Collaboratively, we’ll work towards identifying and meeting your goals by developing strength-based strategies and skills to lead to positive change.
I incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques and treatment modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Solution Focused, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing. I embody a mind body connection for healing.
My commitment is to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, understanding, empathy and respect where you can feel seen and heard. It would be a privilege to spend time with you, address your concerns and build upon your strengths. I welcome you to contact me for a free phone consultation.
