Hello! My name is Joana and I'm a therapist at Crossing Wellness. I have experience working in a college counseling center and enjoy working with college students. I"m first generation Portuguese American as well as a first-generation college student. I have a warm and creative therapeutic style, incorporating DBT and expressive art techniques into our work depending on what you're coming to explore and the method that works best for you / that you are open to.
