The beauty of therapy is its ability to provide a safe space, unbiased, listening ears, and dedicated time to focus on you. I believe the therapeutic relationship is central. It creates the foundation necessary to promote mental and emotional growth and well-being. Therefore, each session we will work to build an alliance, which will become instrumental for making progress and attaining your identified goals.

Using an integrative approach will allow me to tailor our time together to best meet your needs. I will highlight your strengths and provide you with the tools necessary to strengthen the areas you wish to improve. In addition to others, I have a special interest in working with those invested in holistic health, more specifically a mind/body connection.

I am here to support, guide, and encourage you throughout this journey, as you take control. Reaching out takes courage; it is the first step in the direction of growth and positive changes. I look forward to creating a space where listening is focal, empathy is provided, improvements are acknowledged, goals are accomplished, and individuality is celebrated. Come as you are!
