Are you caught in a stressful cycle of conflict in your relationship? Does it feel as if you and your loved one(s) are repeating the same pattern? It is frustrating to feel that your relationship cannot improve, however, I can help. I have a fine-tuned ability to help you discover how unspoken communication, past experiences, and beliefs, may be influencing your relationship. We will work together collaboratively for you to seek greater understanding and more effective communication skills to heal and improve your relationships.

I use an eclectic approach to help you recognize and change maladaptive family cycles and patterns, and together, we can end these cycles. I understand that many factors may contribute to maladaptive family functioning, including intergenerational trauma, systemic oppression, the stress of modern life, and identity issues. I have a warm, guiding style. I received postgraduate training at Ackerman Institute of the Family, focusing on couples and family work, completing Ackerman's Dual Program in May 2020.

Seeing transformative change in the families I work with is both humbling and inspiring. Each couple or family brings concerns that are individualized, and I view the concerns you bring as unique as you are. I have a particular interest in working with LGBTQ families and couples. I am an empathetic listener. My framework is anti-racist.
