I’m so glad you’re here. As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP), I look forward to the opportunity to be part of your mental health journey.
I do not prescribe controlled substances in CT and VT. I always want to be upfront about this, because some medication management options could be limited. Controlled substances include medications such as stimulants for ADHD and benzodiazepines for panic disorders.

My approach is compassionate, patient-centered, and adaptable to meet your unique needs—whether you're seeking straightforward medication management or a more integrative approach that incorporates holistic strategies alongside traditional treatment.

With extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns, I emphasize personalized, evidence-based medication management while also offering options for those who seek additional support through lifestyle modifications, stress management, and mind-body practices. My specialized training in integrative reproductive psychiatry allows me to provide tailored mental health care for individuals navigating hormonal shifts, pregnancy, postpartum, and all stages of menopause, ensuring they receive the right support for their emotional and mental well-being during these transitions.

My goal is to offer compassionate, practical solutions that align with each client’s unique needs, whether they prefer a traditional medication approach or a broader, integrative plan. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative environment where individuals feel empowered to take charge of their mental health and overall well-being.

I do not prescribe controlled substances in the states of Connecticut or Vermont. Controlled substances include medications such as stimulants for ADHD and benzodiazepines for panic disorders.
