Hi, I'm Jillian Varamo, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 12 years of experience dedicated to helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys. I received my Master's in Social Work from New York University in 2013. I specialize in the management of anxiety, depression, women's issues, life transitions, and self betterment.
Based in Delaware and Pennsylvania, I use a cognitive behavioral therapy approach to empower my clients to make meaningful changes in their lives, but I'm not here to throw around therapeutic buzzwords. My priority is to maintain a genuine and authentic connection with you. My role is to create supportive environment where you can openly express yourself and begin to shift your perspective.
I believe that how we think has a profound impact on how we feel and behave. Together, we can explore these connections and work toward achieving the positive changes you desire for your mental well-being. I understand that starting the process can feel intimidating, especially when you may be at your most vulnerable. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, or simply seeking to enhance your overall well-being, I am here to guide you through the challenges and celebrate your progress. Let's work together to uncover the tools you need to improve your mental wellness and live a fulfilling life.
