Dr. Jillian B. Frank
As a Harvard-trained licensed clinical psychologist with over 25 years experience, I often see clients who struggle with managing stress and anxiety, have unsatisfying family and personal relationships, experience health problems or grief and loss, or have trouble focusing in school and work. Change involves both insight and actual changes in one's behavior. My goal is to create a time and place with you where we can work safely to explore the origins of the problems and then make improvements. My approach is warm, supportive, and actively focused on bringing about lasting change. I provide therapy via telehealth.
