Being a young adult is exciting--but it can also be overwhelming. You're envisioning what your life may be, including romantic relationships, friendships, school and career, and dealing with your family. If you're feeling stuck, anxious, or confused about any of that, let's talk. I can help you sort through mixed feelings, identify your strengths, solve problems, and figure out how to add more of what brings you joy.

I especially like working with young adults on life transitions, romantic relationships, value and meaning, family dynamics, and anything to do with sexuality. I use an interactive, collaborative approach where we get curious together about your situation and processes, including tapping into your body's wisdom. Let's set up a time to talk about how well we might "fit."
