It is a privilege to hear a person’s life story and help them heal, grow, and navigate through challenges. I often utilize the relationship between mind and body to aid in becoming the healthiest version of oneself, mentally, emotionally, and physically.
I have worked in Community Mental Health settings for the last 13 years doing crisis work, assessments, and therapy. I am currently the therapist for the Mental Health Court in Clinton County and working at Therapy Today part-time. In the past, I worked in various outpatient and residential settings with adolescents, adults, and couples. I did conflict resolution with Friend of the Court participants in West Michigan.
