Accepting clients Last Updated 24 days ago

I’m a licensed therapist supporting sensitive, thoughtful clients who are navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship/friendship/family challenges, grief, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed or stuck — questioning their self-worth, carrying the weight of people-pleasing, or wondering who they really are.

My approach is mindfulness-based, somatic, and relational. Together, we slow down, listen inward, and create space for both mind and body to be heard. I help clients untangle old patterns, cultivate self-compassion, and discover what it means to live with more clarity, ease, and alignment.

I'm licensed in Montana and Washington, I offer therapy that goes beyond symptom relief to support deeper connection — to self, others, and life itself.
