I've lived in the Oberlin community for 25 years, serving the Bonner Center, Office of Student Wellness, and Career Services. Infused within these experiences, I owned an integrative bodywork practice, teaching winter term courses and providing private sessions.

I've supported countless students living with daily anxiety, relationship conflicts, and hopelessness; leading to sleepless nights, somatic (body) symptoms, and chronic pain. Sometimes these are new feelings, other times they bring old traumas to surface - affecting not only the mind, but your body, heart, and spirit. My approach is person-centered and holistic — actively listening to your story and helping you find your courage.

I am a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist with specialized training in somatic and mindfulness-based therapies. It's amazing how spending an hour a week with someone who is all ears can offer such relief, but it does. I am here to support you in finding your way forward with grace, kindness, and authenticity.
I'm happy to offer a free 15 minute meet & greet to see if we are a fit.
