Accepting new clients!

I help college students:
-stop obsessing about food, their body image, or what they're eating
-let go of chronic worrying and find stillness in amidst busy lives
-manage their stress so that students can stay on top of all their demands
-feel more in control by better organizing their time and building routine (less doom scrolling!)
-feel more authentic navigating new-found independence (particularly among societal or familial pressures!)

My therapeutic style is warm, authentic, and non-judgmental. I also think humor is an invaluable resource in this work. I would love to meet you -- in person or virtually!
