Jill Baker
Every person comes with a different story, and this means that therapy should not be a one size fits all experience. College can be a very exciting time, however it comes with a lot of changes. Realizing that you might need to take the next step and engage in therapy can be scary, but together we will set realistic goals in a non-judgemental and welcoming environment.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, and general stressors that accompany college life. I also have extensive experience working with people who have experienced trauma.
I believe we all have the ability to cope with difficult situations in our lives, but often need support in doing this. Our time together should feel beneficial and I encourage you to reach out to discuss if we are the right fit.
