College is a season of big questions, new pressures, and constant change, and it’s completely normal to feel overwhelmed, unsure, or stuck along the way. During my clinical internship at the College of Charleston, I had the opportunity to walk alongside students as they navigated everything from academic stress to identity exploration, relationship challenges, and past trauma. That experience deepened my passion for supporting college students and young adults through the highs and lows of this uniquely challenging time.
Maybe you’re feeling anxious, burnt out, stuck in a relationship that isn’t working, or questioning who you are and where you're headed. Maybe past experiences are showing up in ways you don’t fully understand. Whatever you're carrying, you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a space that’s real and judgment-free, a place where you can talk through the hard stuff, feel truly heard, and begin to make sense of things at your own pace.
I use a mix of Person-Centered and Solution-Focused Therapy, along with evidence-based tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, to help you gain insight, build coping skills, and tap into the resilience you already have.
I believe that no matter where you’re starting from, there’s always a way forward, and it begins with a single step. I’m honored to walk that path with you as you find your Ray of Hope.
