Specializing in fostering empathetic connections, I provide support for clients of all backgrounds. My therapeutic style is characterized by a gentle and welcoming approach, creating a safe and accepting space where clients can explore, heal, and grow. I believe in the power of collaboration and tailor my methods to suit the unique needs of each client.

I am trauma-informed and support clients confronting a range of challenges especially if requiring a more AAPI/culturally sensitive approach. I also work with clients navigating religious trauma and challenges, and am able to provide faith-based and/or spiritually sensitive counseling based on client needs.

I believe in the client and in the expertise of their experiences. My training and background prioritizes identifying your strengths and prioritizing you as the center of your story and healing. Together, we can work towards growth and change—where you’re supported, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges.
