At some point or another, we are all in a position where we need support navigating tough issues, complicated feelings, and life circumstances. My goal in therapy is to create an environment where you feel comfortable discussing and exploring your experiences, and the emotions attached to them. I am here to listen, provide non-judgmental support, and work with you to heal and thrive.

I specialize in relationships - whether that be your relationship with yourself, a spouse, family member, friend, etc. Relationships impact almost every facet of our lives. They influence the way we feel, how we experience the world, and patterns we may repeat. I believe doing the work to heal these relationships leads to a healthier and happier life.

My therapeutic practice focuses on fostering a collaborative relationship. Together we will work to identify and solve existing problems, develop practical and positive coping skills, and work towards connecting with others in healthy, authentic, and meaningful ways.
