It might feel like your mind never takes a break - whether it’s late-night worries that keep you awake, the constant pressure to stay focused, or fears about not measuring up. You may notice tension building in your body, irritability in your relationships, or a heaviness that makes it harder to get through the day. These struggles can be especially hard in a campus setting, where academic demands, shifting schedules, and major life transitions add extra stress. If you’re here, you might be looking for a space where someone truly understands what you’re going through and can help you make sense of it.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a structured, evidence-based approach that looks at the connections among thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and the body. I work with anxiety, insomnia, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and ADHD, as well as the stress, irritability, low mood, and relationship strain that often accompany them. Together we set clear goals, practice strategies between sessions, and track what’s working so progress feels concrete and meaningful.
Campus life brings unique pressures: exam stress and performance anxiety, perfectionism, shifting schedules, focus and planning challenges, and transitions such as starting college, changing roles, or preparing for graduation. These difficulties can leave you feeling drained and uncertain about how to cope, especially when it seems like everyone else is managing just fine. In our work together, we’ll focus on helping you regain steadiness, restore confidence, and find practical ways to feel more in control - so that daily life feels less overwhelming and more manageable.
I’m here when you’re ready to take the first step. I look forward to connecting with you and learning more about how I can support you. Reach out today to book an initial phone consultation.
