Have you ever experienced a life change, trauma, or loss that you simply can’t make sense of? That makes it hard to be present in your body? To stay connected to what and whom you care about? I hold sacred space for your journey home to a sense of wholeness. I offer psychotherapy for those who want to go deeper into the body to process patterns of grief and trauma showing up in the present. I offer somatic coaching for those who have specific goals and want to better manage stress and pain, feel more present in their bodies, and gain a toolbox of skills to increase their ability to regulate.

I draw from ecotherapy, somatics, parts work, EMDR, and spirituality to help clients reconnect to a sense of inner guidance. Sessions may include creating sacred space & time, practicing somatic mindfulness, noticing patterns in the body, listening for guidance, opening to new experiences, reparenting parts of self, and honoring life cycles with ritual.

I try to bring compassion and humor to every session so clients can feel comforted and supported in accessing their vulnerability. I offer regular psychotherapy, somatic coaching, ecotherapy, groups, classes and workshops. I am currently only seeing clients online. I accept United, Harvard Pilgrim, Maine Community Health Options and Mainecare insurance plans.
