Hello and welcome! I’m Jessica, a therapist committed to providing a supportive and inclusive space for children, teens, and adults. As an Asian therapist, I understand the importance of culturally sensitive care and the ways identity, family dynamics, and societal expectations can impact mental health. I specialize in working with but not limited to BIPOC individuals, LGBTQIA+ communities, and intellectual disabled individuals, creating a space where diverse experiences are valued. My goal is to offer a safe and affirming environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered in your journey toward healing and self-growth.
I support concerns like anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, disability-related issues, and identity exploration. Using an integrative approach, including CBT, Solution-Focused, and Person-Centered techniques, I tailor therapy to your needs. I also recognize how culture, systemic barriers, and accessibility impact mental health.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and I aim to help you build confidence, resilience, and a deeper connection to yourself. Whether navigating challenges, life transitions, or identity exploration, I provide support that respects your lived experience. Wherever you are in your journey, I am honored to walk alongside you with care and encouragement!
