Accepting clients Last Updated 14 days ago

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m Jessica Thalhamer, LCSW, a holistic, trauma-informed therapist with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I take a mind-body-spirit approach, helping clients navigate life’s challenges in a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space.

I work with adolescents (11+) and adults facing concerns such as:

Anxiety, depression, and trauma

Life transitions and family dynamics

Women’s health, chronic illness, and pain

Relationship issues, attachment wounds, and healthy communication

Addiction, substance use, and Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA)

Survivors of sexual abuse, domestic violence, and narcissistic abuse

Parenting stressors and identity exploration

My approach blends evidence-based therapy, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and holistic practices to help you build resilience, self-compassion, and emotional balance. I strive to create a space where you feel supported, empowered, and guided toward meaningful change.

If you’re ready to begin your journey toward healing and growth, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
