Have you ever felt like managing your health is a full-time job—especially when you’re juggling a million other things? Between conflicting nutrition advice, ever-changing health goals, and just getting dinner on the table, it’s a lot.
I get it—because I’ve been there too.
I’m Jessica, a Registered Dietitian, mom of two, and someone who’s been offering nutrition counseling since 2007. My interest in nutrition started in high school when I struggled with binge eating, diet culture, and a difficult relationship with my body. Over the years, my personal experiences—living with ADHD, navigating thyroid and autoimmune conditions, and managing preeclampsia and high blood sugar during pregnancy—have only deepened my empathy and shaped the way I support others.
I specialize in helping people simplify food—whether that’s meal planning, grocery shopping, or creating sustainable routines that support your health without taking over your life. I’ve worked across private practice, public health, behavioral health, fitness resorts, and food service programs—but what I love most is working one-on-one with clients to find practical, personalized strategies that actually stick.
These days, I work with people managing conditions like prediabetes, PCOS, gestational diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol—especially those who feel overwhelmed by diet trends or unsure how to start. I offer neurodivergent-affirming care and have a special passion for supporting fellow ADHDers in developing realistic nutrition routines that meet them where they are.
If you’re looking for an approach grounded in intuitive eating, weight-inclusive care, and compassion, you’re in the right place. I believe food should be a source of nourishment—not stress—and that everyone deserves to feel good in their body without chasing unrealistic ideals.
With a focus on intuitive eating, my goal is to help clients build peace with food and their bodies, steering them away from the frustrations of yo-yo dieting and food-related mental struggles. I’m committed to guiding clients toward healthier, sustainable habits that allow them to enjoy food and meet their health goals.
More about me: I love spending time with family and exploring new things that give a fun, dopamine-kick; be it starting a garden, playing a new sport, painting, thrifting, etc. When I’m not working, I’m chasing my two high-energy kids, experimenting in the kitchen or reading fantasy books on my kindle! What to expect: Sessions are collaborative, judgment-free, and tailored to your real life. You’ll leave with a plan that feels doable—even on the busiest days.
