Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC
Accepting clients Last Updated 2 days ago

I work with children, adolescents, and adults who feel stuck between what anxiety is telling them to do and the life they actually want to live. It’s common to feel overwhelmed by anxiety or OCD, getting caught in cycles of overthinking, avoidance, and feeling stuck, you’re not alone.
Using evidence-based treatments like ERP, PE, HRT, and Behavioral Activation, I help clients learn to respond differently to intrusive thoughts, reduce avoidance, and move toward what matters most. Together, we focus on building a life guided by values rather than fear. ERP provides structure and direction.
My goal is to help you feel more confident handling whatever shows up and partner with families to create consistency and support outside of sessions. Taking the first step can be hard, but you don’t have to do it by yourself, I'd be happy to connect and see how I can support you.
