Hello! My therapy practice focuses on working with college students dealing with life, relational and academic stressors who are looking to better understand how to improve their quality of life and increase overall happiness and satisfaction. I strive to create a space where those seeking therapy feel safe, heard and respected. Many of my clients struggle with trauma and anxiety-related disorders involving issues of dissociation, self-harm and suicidal thoughts as well as body image concerns. I also enjoy working with those looking to explore their identity.

I believe in taking a warm, collaborative and direct approach, bringing authenticity and humor to sessions in order to help empower my clients. I take a mind-body approach, utilizing somatic and trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness techniques. I know how tough it can be to find the right therapist, so if you feel we may be a good fit, I encourage you to reach out, and I look forward to hearing from you.
