I work with college students across New York State through video and phone therapy. Many students I see feel overwhelmed by anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, relationship stress, procrastination, or uncertainty about the future. Even high achieving students can feel stuck, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves.
Sometimes you need space to vent, process, and feel heard. Other times, you want concrete strategies and a clearer path forward. I believe therapy should be both supportive and active, a place where you can talk honestly about what’s weighing on you while also building practical tools that help you feel better outside of sessions.
As a Level 3 certified TEAM CBT therapist, I take a collaborative, goal oriented approach that helps students better understand the patterns keeping them stuck while building skills to manage emotions, improve confidence, and create meaningful change.
