Provider Types
This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:
- Clinical Social Work/Therapists
Many of the people I work with feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure how to move forward. Therapy can offer a grounded space to better understand yourself, strengthen coping skills, and build healthier relationships. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating individual challenges, relationship concerns, family dynamics, and major life transitions.
I support clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, ADHD, neurodivergence, and identity-related or LGBTQ+-related concerns.
In our work together, we explore emotions as meaningful signals rather than problems to eliminate. We pay attention to how feelings show up in the body and practice responding with intention rather than self-criticism.
I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment-based work, and mindfulness. I work from a relational and systems lens, which means we consider how relationships, early experiences, and environments shape coping patterns.
Therapy does not need to feel overly clinical or intimidating. I bring curiosity, steadiness, and occasional gentle humor into our work while staying focused and intentional. Reaching out can feel vulnerable. My goal is to offer a space where you feel supported, capable, and understood. When you are ready, I would be honored to work alongside you.
