I am a generalist practitioner with extensive experience adults, children, and Veterans. My speciality is EMDR (Eye-movement Desensitization Reprocessing) Therapy, which is an evidenced based practice for trauma, and it also assists with reducing anxiety, panic and other associated conditions. I also enjoy working with clients in transition, those who are interested in expanding a mindfulness approach, and generally want to build better skills for coping with stress life throws at you.
