Hi, I’m glad you’re here. Life throws all kinds of things at us, challenges, struggles, relationships are tough, and sometimes it feels so hard to make the right choices. My job as your therapist is to partner with you and provide a safe space, be here to listen, and maybe even a challenge to your thinking- if you need it.
You are the expert on your life and the experiences that you’ve been through. I utilize CBT (“talk therapy”) as well as EMDR or ART to help you reach your goals and be the version of you, you want to be.
Whether we work together for a short amount of time, or build a long lasting relationship, you were the driver of our work together.
