I work mostly with teens and young adults, and do my best to help people feel better quickly. I have had a lot of success helping those struggling with social problems, family issues, mood, anxiety, trauma, body image and eating disorders. I believe that the most important key to getting help is taking the first step to schedule and then finding a therapist you feel comfortable working with and opening up to. I often bring my dog to session, so let me know if you want him there!
Sessions are now being offered via telehealth to keep us both safe during this pandemic.
