Hi there! My name is Jessica, and my pronouns are she/her/hers. I believe the real job of therapy is to provide a safe place where you get to know yourself better and make changes in your life. My goal is to help you express emotions that are interfering with your life, and guide you through them at your own pace. It is a collaborative process where we work together to explore what you are going through and identify what you are looking to accomplish. It is important to me throughout this process you are feeling heard, understood, and respected.
My idea of successful therapy includes you walking out with new ideas and new ways of doing things that fit your personal values and bring you happiness. It is my passion and privilege to join in this journey with you.
I provide therapy services for adults, adolescents, and children. I have participated in several trainings over the years centered on play and art therapy techniques.
