I work with students who notice patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships that leave them feeling stuck or anxious, and want to build confidence in themselves. In therapy, we slow down to understand what drives these patterns and explore practical ways to respond differently. I help students manage stress, navigate life transitions, work through past experiences, and improve how they relate to themselves and others. Many students come in stressed, overwhelmed, or frustrated by recurring struggles, and leave feeling more aware, capable, and able to take intentional steps forward.
