Engaging in therapy during college can be a powerful way to care for your mental health, better understand yourself, and feel more in control of your life. I work with students navigating academic stress, anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and questions about their future. Whether you are adjusting to independence, managing pressure, or trying to figure out who you are and what you want, therapy can help. I also support students who are feeling stuck or overwhelmed when it comes to choosing a major, planning for a future career, or figuring out their next steps. Therapy can be a place to explore your strengths, clarify your goals, and make thoughtful decisions about your education and work life.
In addition to supporting college students, I work with individuals and couples across a range of concerns. My practice focuses on self discovery and strengthening relationships. I frequently help patients build emotional insight, improve communication, recover from trauma, and develop a stronger sense of confidence and direction. My approach is thoughtful, practical, and affirming. I strive to help each patient feel respected and supported as we explore what is getting in the way and what might help.
I am licensed in Rhode Island and Connecticut and offer both in person sessions in East Greenwich, RI and telehealth across both states.
