I tend to work with women in recovery from trauma, people going through life transitions, and folks who are working on letting go of what doesn't serve them in moving into being more of who they are. My work is based in experiential body centered practices and I partner with my clients to move towards their values and goals. In my work I continue to devote myself to a praxis that is self-healing, community healing and cultural healing all at once.
