I have experience working with a diverse set of young adults struggling with issues ranging from anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and trauma. I utilize a holistic approach in meeting each individual where they are at in their lives in order to help them reach their goals and have a deeper awareness of self, others, and the world around them.
